Super Good & Healthy Buff Protein Brownies Recipe (Also Gluten Free)

I republished an old video it’s a goodie 🙂

Dry-

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
1/2 cup baking sugar substitute
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt

Wet-
2 egg whites
1/4 c. milk (i used almond)
6 oz greek yogurt (can use regular, but they wont be as fudge-tastic)
4-6 T natural peanut butter
1/2 cup agave or other syrup (can be omitted, use 2x the dry sweetner)

Directions:
add wet ingredients to blender, add dry ingredients to blender. blend on high speed for 2 min, pour into a greased baking dish, bake at 350 for about 20-25 min. cut into pieces and try not to over indulge.
