Slap happy ketogenic strawberry mousse (so goooood)

I was feeling frisky today after work and decided to experiment in the kitchen with a new flavor of slap protein (offered on my site http://www.badashtraining.com)

It’s super easy to make and tastes like strawberry ice cream 🙂

Hers what ya do

1. Pour 4 ish tablespoons of heavy cream into a mixing bowl with protein

2. Pour 1-2T unsweetened almond milk on top of that. Mix well with fork

3. Add 2-6 drops vanilla flavored liquid stevia to the mix (I use this brand)

4. Mix again and add bullet proof vanilla bean to taste. About this much

5. It sounds a little funky, but I like to add a little himalayan salt. It brings out the sweetness of the stevia.

6. Pop in the freezer for 2 hours

And there ya go
