How to Survive…Period

To all my female readers:

We all know losing weight during your cycle…sucks. cramps, cravings, bloating and grumpification all make it pretty damn hard to get into the gym.

And I’m here to tell you, periods are not all that bad. In fact being on your period can actually be beneficial.



The onset of a menstrual cycle is triggered by a drop in estrogen and progesterone.

So maybe you should drop the excuse of “I’m on my period” and begin to notice that your hormones are working FOR YOU when you’re on your cycle 🙂
