The Most Delicious Thing I’ve Had in a While



You need this deliciousness in your life! 


1 ripe avocado

1 can albacore tuna 

1 T siracha 

2 T grass fed whole fat cheddar cheese 

1 T sun dried tomato 

2 T Ms. Dash Mexican Blend

1 t Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 

2 T minced red onion

A little jalepeno if your feelin frisky 

What to do:

  1. Set oven to Broil
  2. Cut avocado in half
  3. Mix all ingredients except cheese into a mixing bowl 
  4. Spoon mixture into avocado seed hole 😛 
  5. Top with cheese 
  6. Broil for 2-5 min or until cheese is bubbly

This is sooooooooo good and here are the benefits:
