Super Salad Recipe

I know, I know. Salad sounds boring. But I promise you that if you try out this recipe you will start eating A LOT more salads. This Super BAD ASS Salad is simply divine and it totally increases effectiveness of your bodies major systems, which translates to healthy metabolic rate 🙂 ENJOY!



Ashley’s Super BAD ASS SALAD 

What cha need:

3 cups baby spinach, chopped 

5-6 basil leaves, finely chopped (can use other herbs, basil is my FAV must be fresh) 

1 small avocado, cubed

1 roma tomato, diced (cherry tomatoes work also)

1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped (this is what really makes the salad)

1/4 cucumber, sliced 

5 green or black olives

1/4 cup parmesan cheese 

2 T balsamic vinegar (other vinegars will work, but this one also serves as an appetite suppressant. Sweet!)

4 oz lemon pepper chicken breast, chopped

Throw all the ingredients in to a big bowl and let the party begin!

This is a huge delicious salad that will leave you full and energized for hours 🙂 I just ate one and I feel absolutely vibrant:)
