Great sample meal plan for cleansing

Easy Sample menu for an Alkaline Day of eating
Meal 1: Simple Green Smoothie
blend together-
1 banana
2 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened berries
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 T chia seeds
Meal 2: Power House Salad
in a big bowl combine-
3-4 cups of mixed greens (try baby herb mix, its got a myriad of great phytochemicals!)
4-6 oz fish, grass fed beef, free range chicken, beans, or legumes
1 chopped red bell pepper
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1 diced roma tomato
1/4 minced red onion
1/2 avocado
fresh lemon juice to taste
(this is my favorite thing)
Meal 3: Almost Raw Pita Pizza (this sounds strange but I promise its amazing!)
step 1: blend these ingredients together- 1/4 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes, 2-3 basil leaves, fennel, 1/4 cup raw cashews, 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 2 T nutritional yeast OR a pinch of salt. This will create a paste.
step 2: spread the paste you just made over a small whole wheat pita pocket.
step 3: grate 1/4-1/2 cup zucchini squash and carrots over the pita.
step 4: top with fun stuff like olives, banana pepper, spinach, and cherry tomato
step 5: pop in the oven for 15-20 min or until veggies are al dente (tender, but still crispy)
